All photographs, prints, and artworks are created and sold by Shelley Nott.
Colours and tones of artworks may vary slightly from how they appear on your screen due to differences in monitor display settings.
Each artwork or print is sold subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, you will be notified and offered an alternative or a full refund.

4. Orders and Payments

Orders can be made through the website or by direct contact via email.
Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or shipped.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud).

5. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery times and costs will be confirmed at checkout or in direct communication for commissioned work.
We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but please allow extra time for handmade or limited-edition prints.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We cannot be held liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect information.

6. Returns and Refunds

We take great care to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact snn@shelleynott.co.uk within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage.
Because each print is made to order, we generally cannot accept returns for unwanted items or change of mind, unless required by law.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

7. Commissions

Commissioned artworks are created in close collaboration with the client.
A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm a booking.
Once work has begun, cancellations may be subject to additional fees to cover time and materials already invested.
Copyright of commissioned works remains with Shelley Nott, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All photographs, images, and designs on this website are the intellectual property of Shelley Nott and are protected under UK and international copyright law.
Purchase of a print or artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from this site without prior written consent.
